Indigo Is Here to Keep Your Production Equipment Running

Indigo removes stubborn residue from stamping presses, welding cells, motors, exhaust fans, and conveyors without adding water or chemical cleaning residue, works inside your plant's contractor procedures, and schedules around production: on nights, weekends, or even holidays.

  1. Reason #1

    Process Residue on Equipment

Manufacturing machinery collects grease, polymer, carbon, overspray, and other process residue that interferes with inspection, service, and production.

  2. Reason #2

    Hard-to-Reach Buildup

Residue often collects in corners, fins, housings, and limited-access areas where conventional cleaning is slow or incomplete.

  3. Reason #3

    Planned Downtime Pressure

Indigo works with maintenance teams to schedule cleaning during shutdowns and other limited windows so equipment can return to service.

What we clean

Industrial machinery Indigo dry ice blasts

  • Stamping Presses

Presses, frames, and heavy equipment where grease, oil, and process residue collect.

  • Exhaust Fans & Air Handling Equipment

Exhaust fans, housings, ductwork, and air handling equipment that collect production residue.

  • Motors, gearboxes & drives

Motors, gearboxes, and drive areas tied to production equipment.

What Indigo can do

Cleaning a Robotic Welding Cell

When we clean a robotic welding cell, our dry ice process targets the weld smoke residue, loose spatter, grease, and dust that build up on robots, fixtures, and the equipment around them. Much of the cell can be cleaned in place with little or no teardown. We mask sensitive sensors, connectors, and cable ends, then adjust dry ice feed rates, pellet sizes, and air pressure for each area so we clean effectively without putting sensitive surfaces at risk.

    Welding Jigs & Fixtures

We clear loose spatter, anti-spatter compound buildup, and grime from jigs, clamps, and locating pins so they can be inspected and serviced.

    Turntables & Positioners

We clean turntables, positioners, and their drive areas where spatter, grease, and dust accumulate.

    Motors, gearboxes & drives

We clean motors, gearboxes, and selected electrical enclosures once they are de-energized and locked out.

Exhaust Fans, Fume Hoods & Air Handling Equipment

Exhaust fans, ductwork, hoods, and air exchangers that get contaminated with everyday plant activities.

Back to production

Once blasting is complete, your team inspects the cell to confirm every component is clean and undamaged. Because dry ice sublimates into gas, there is no secondary blasting media, water, or liquid waste to deal with. Our crew vacuums or sweeps up the loosened spatter, residue, and debris, removes the protective masking, and turns the cell back over to your team, ready for production.

How a machinery quote works

From equipment details to a written cleaning plan

Share the machinery, residue, and downtime window. Indigo returns a clear written quote before work is scheduled.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Understand the job

We start with a phone conversation, photos, or an on-site walkthrough to learn what your needs or problems are.

Smaller projects may only need photos and a short discussion for an initial budget quote.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Plan the cleaning approach

We outline a cleaning approach, access needs, and timing options that fit your maintenance window.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Send a service quote

You receive a clear written quote to review with maintenance and purchasing before deciding to move forward.
